Care of Creation, the theme of the 2021 Women’s Leadership Luncheon, is not a new idea, but the urgency of the topic seems to grow every year. From recycling to using solar power, there are many ways to help protect the world in which we live. Our 2021 speakers are innovators and leaders in their communities, committed to caring for creation. Those who attend will learn more about Care of Creation and the many ways women lead the way in protecting the Earth.

The School Sisters of Notre Dame believe that we are deeply interconnected with the whole community of life and are especially responsible for the land that is in our care. With gratitude for God’s gifts of air, soil, water, plants, animals and humans in the Earth community, School Sisters of Notre Dame act with respect and reverence for our environment. Through eco-living practices, food choices, land use, eco-literacy, and advocacy, School Sisters of Notre Dame work to protect God’s creation.
