Exhibitor Information:

Please read the RFC 2017 Exhibitor Regulations for complete information about exhibiting. Full payment may be made by check or credit card to ensure table assignment. Table assignment is reserved on a first come, first served basis. Exhibit Space Applications will be accepted through Thursday, October 12, 2017, or until all space has been sold. A confirmation email will be sent to your organization using the email addresses provided on the registration page after space has been assigned.

All exhibitor fees are $350.00 per table top space.  The registration fee includes one skirted table with two chairs. You can reserve as many tables as you want for an additional $300 per table. If there are more than 2 people from one organization, you need to purchase an additional table at $350.00. 

If an exhibitor desires to eat their meals with the participants, you may register as a Congress participant, at a member or non-member rate, reflecting the membership status of the exhibitor, and then pay the additional exhibitor rate. All exhibitors are welcome to attend all events except pre-congress workshops, region meetings, post-congress workshop, and the RFC business meeting.

 

Cancellation policy:  Fees will be refunded for all written cancellations received on or before Monday, October 16, 2017, less a $75.00 processing fee and will be handled directly with the RFC Office.  Exhibitors canceling after Monday, October 16, 2017 will not receive any refund.  RFC reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to refuse or revoke acceptance of any application.  In such event, all fees shall be refunded to the exhibitor.

Sleeping Room Information:

  • The Congress will be held at the Hilton Milwaukee City Center, 509 W. Wisconsin Ave., Milwaukee, WI 53203.  Sleeping room reservations for the 2017 Congress will be accepted by the hotel until Thursday, October 12, 2017, 4:00 pm CST.
  • The rate for a double/single occupancy room is $115.00 plus tax. Please note taxes are subject to change. 
  • The Hilton Milwaukee City Center requires a credit card upon check in.
  • The hotel will honor sleeping room cancellations received 48 hours prior to arrival.  Sleeping room cancellations after this time will not receive a refund.  
 
Cancellations/Changes: For changes or cancellation, use the modification link in your registration confirmation email. The Registrar will be notified of any changes made.  You may also send your cancellation request in writing to registrar@nixassoc.com.  Registration refunds will be sent from the RFC office.
