Join us in Orlando, FL for the 2018 RCRI National Conference!  Exhibitors may register as a "for-profit organization" or "not-for-profit organization". Please note that booth pricing allows for two (2) people per booth. Any additional staff will be charged an additional staff personnel fee.
 
All exhibitors registered by Wednesday, September 26, 2018 will be included in the printed Exhibitor Directory.

Cancellation / Refund Policy
Exhibitor or Additional Staff canceling on or before September 28, 2018 will receive a full refund, less a $75.00 processing fee.  Exhibitor or Additional Staff canceling between September 29, 2018 and October 12, 2018 will be refunded 50% of its payment.  Exhibitor or Staff canceling on or after October 13, 2018 shall not receive a refund.  RCRI reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to refuse or revoke acceptance of any application.  In such event, all fees shall be refunded to the Exhibitor.  The price of exhibit space includes one exhibit space, two complimentary conference registrations, and a listing in the conference materials.
 
Installation / Removal of the Displays
Exhibitor may begin setup of exhibits for the Conference on Tuesday, October 30, 2018, at 11:00 AM.  Exhibits must be completely set up by October 30, 2018 at 3:00 PM.  If Exhibitor fails to completely set up its exhibit by at 3:00 PM, Exhibitor will be granted access to the exhibit area to complete set up at the sole discretion of RCRI.  Dismantling of exhibits may not commence prior to Thursday, November 1, 2018, at 11:00 AM. Dismantling of the exhibit booth prior to 11:00 AM on November 1, 2018 will result in a fine in the amount of $250. All materials and equipment used in connection with the exhibit must be completely packed and ready for removal or shipment by November 1, 2018 at 1:00 PM, unless  RCRI and the Hotel grants permission for longer storage or special handling.
