Cancellation/ Refund Policy
Exhibitor or Additional Staff canceling on or before Thursday, May 31, 2018 will receive a  refund, less a 10% nonrefundable processing fee.  Exhibitor or Additional Staff canceling after Thursday, May 31, 2018 and before Friday, June 29, 2018 will be refunded 50% of its payment.  Exhibitor or Additional Staff canceling on or after Friday, June 29, 2018 shall not receive a refund.  
 
Installation/Removal of the Displays
  • Setup of exhibits for the Conference begins on Tuesday, August 7, 2018 at 10:00 AM
  • Exhibits must be completely set up by Tuesday, August 7, 2018 at 1:00 PM
  • Dismantling of exhibits commences Thursday, August 9, 2018, at 11:15 AM.
  • Exhibit must be completely packed and ready for removal or shipment by Thursday, August 9, 2018 by 2:30 PM,
  • Dismantling of the exhibit booth prior to 11:15 AM on August 9, 2018 will result in a fine in the amount of $250.
