For the safety and health of all participants, all in person participants in the Sisters of St. Joseph U.S. Federation Conference must to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 (to be considered fully vaccinated, attendees must have received two doses and a booster of Pfizer / Moderna vaccine or one dose of the Johnson & Johnson vaccine with a booster).

If a booster has not yet been received, it must be received no later than June 22, 2022. All attendees are required to bring proof of vaccination with them (vaccination card or electronic photo of your vaccination card).

Vaccination is required to attend the Meeting. You are unable to continue the registration form if you are not fully vaccinated.

Full vaccination (including a booster received at least two weeks prior to arrival) is required to attend the Meeting. You are unable to continue the registration form if you are not fully vaccinated and don't agree to receiving a booster prior to arrival.
