Join us for the 2020 RCRI National Conference!  In May, the RCRI Board decided to cancel the in-person 2020 Conference scheduled for September 2020. Since that time, we have worked on an alternative program in the Fall.  The virtual conference will be held on three Friday afternoons, October 23, October 30 and November 6, from 12:00pm – 4:00pm ET.  Over the three weeks, there will be 18 webinars to choose.

The format for each Friday is:

  • 12:00pm - 4:00pm ET - Exhibit Hall open
  • 1:00pm ET - Welcome and prayer
  • 1:15pm - 2:15pm ET - Session I with three workshops/webinars to choose
  • 2:15pm - 3:00pm ET - Break and Exhibit Hall open
  • 3:00pm - 4:00pm ET - Session II with three workshops/webinars to choose
  • 4:00pm - 5:00pm ET - Exhibit Hall open

Exhibitors may register as a "for-profit organization" or "not-for-profit organization".  Please note that booth pricing allows for two (2) people per booth.  Any additional staff will be charged an additional staff personnel fee.

 
All exhibitors registered by Friday, October 16, 2020 will be included in the electronic Exhibitor Directory.

Cancellation / Refund Policy
Exhibitor or Additional Staff canceling on or before Friday, September 25, 2020 will be refunded 50% of its payment.  Exhibitor or Staff canceling after September 25, 2020 shall not receive a refund.  RCRI reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to refuse or revoke acceptance of any application.  In such event, all fees shall be refunded to the Exhibitor.  The price of exhibit space includes one virtual exhibit booth, two complimentary conference registrations, and a listing in the conference materials.
