Rodolphe Belmer
CEO
Atos

Rodolphe Belmer joined Atos on January 1st, 2022 as Chief Executive Officer (CEO).

He was formerly Chief Executive Officer of satellite operator Eutelsat Communications, a position he held for six years, following a 14-year career at Paris-based television giant Canal+ where he was appointed CEO in 2003 and served as Group Managing Director from 2012 to 2015.

During his career at Canal+ Group he led several transformational projects, including diversification of the area of free-to-air television and its expansion into streaming services (OTT). He began his career in the marketing department of Procter & Gamble France before joining McKinsey in 1998.

Rodolphe is a graduate of the renowned HEC Paris business school.

In addition to his duties at Atos he is also a member of the Board of the world leading streaming service Netflix and President of the Lille-based Series Mania Festival.

Dave and his leadership team are responsible for $3 billion in revenue and 11,000 technologists, who ensure that customers stay at the forefront of digital transformation and realize their business goals through technology. Janine Shepherd
Motivational Speaker

Janine Shepherd is an internationally renowned speaker and former champion skier whose inspiring TED talk, “A Broken Body Isn’t a Broken Person,” has over 1.7 million views. After a bike accident ended her skiing career, Shepherd faced a daunting recovery and an uncertain future. She went on to become a commercial pilot and aerobatics flight instructor, earn a university degree and author six best-selling books. She is currently undertaking a PhD in resilience and disability.

Vinodh Balaraman

Vinodh Balaraman is the Head of Managed Technology Services for Atos North America. Vinodh and his leadership team are responsible end-to-end for various key Technology practices that provide the foundational large-scale long-term services to our clients for both IT Infrastructure and Applications. These include our practices for Digital Workplace, Data Centers and Hosting, Networking and Communications, ITSM/ Tooling / Automation, and Application Management.

In addition, Vinodh serves as the Global Head of the Resources & Services Industry for Atos|Syntel – as part of this he is responsible for the end-to-end P&L for all global clients in the Retail/ Transport/ Logistics/ Energy/ Utilities sectors, where he has produced double-digit year-over-year growth in each of the last few quarters.

Prior to Atos, Vinodh was a Senior Partner at ZS Associates, a Chicago-based 10,000+ employee strategy consultancy. At ZS, he helped the company achieve multi-fold business growth as the Head of the Supply Chain & Manufacturing practice and the Advanced Analytics & AI/ML group. Previously, Vinodh was at Cognizant, where he served as VP/ Head of the Travel & Hospitality (T&H) Business Unit, producing 5X growth to $325M over 7 years, and also additionally served as Chief Strategy Officer for the broader Products & Resources unit.

Vinodh’ s career has covered a wide range of industry verticals including Retail, Consumer Goods, Financial Services, Manufacturing/Logistics, Travel & Hospitality, Energy & Utilities, owning large P&L’s at companies like ZS, Cognizant and HSBC, which makes him a great fit for Atos and our Spring Initiative. Vinodh has an MBA (graduated with Honors, and Dean’s Honor List) from the University of Chicago. Vinodh is based in New Jersey, where he resides with his wife and two children. He loves to travel with his family to explore new destinations.

John Cipolla

John Cipolla is the Head of Atos OneCloud and Digital Platforms. John and his leadership team are responsible for driving all Atos OneCloud, Cloud Advisory, Transformation, Migration and run services to accelerate our client’s transformation journeys.

John has over 25 years experience as an accomplished Fortune 500/Global Systems Integrator Executive leading and motivating high-performance teams. Prior to Atos he served as Managing Director at Accenture (NYSE ACN) leading the Journey to Cloud, Intelligent Cloud & Infrastructure teams along with Global Go to Market Lead for the Google Business Group and most recently the West Microsoft Business Group inclusive of Accenture, Avanade and Microsoft partnership. John also spent time at Insight Enterprises (NASDAQ NSIT) as North America Services Sales Lead driving all services and solutions to Fortune 1,000 clients. He also served as Director of Sales at AT&T (NYSE T) leading teams supporting client digital transformation utilizing latest networking technologies.

John leads his group using 4 “C”- Culture, Communication, Community, and Compassion. His 5 key strengths are; Learner, Strategic, Developer, Competitive and Achiever. He is keenly focused on driving diversity and equal opportunity throughout his organization. Outside of work; John has 2 adult children and 3 grandchildren. He supports Rare KC/Florence Fighters Charity in Kansas City. Brad joined Atos as part of the Maven Wave acquisition, where he is currently Global Head of Cloud Portfolio and NA Head of Cloud Advisory. Starting her career with PwC Consulting, she has played many highly technical engineering roles as well as led strategic change initiatives.  When Lean principals were applied to the software delivery lifecycle, she was an early adopter and has remained on the cutting edge of modern engineering practices and cloud native platforms.

Carol is an avid supporter of women in technology and was recently recognized as a top 100 diverse leader globally.

Jane Jellema
CCaaS Technical Director, Contact Center Leader

Jane has been a part of the contact center/voice industry for 20+ years.  During that time, she has worked as a consultant, strategic account presales engineer and technical manager.

Jane’s current role is to champion CCaaS (Cloud Contact Center as a Service) in her position as a Technical Director for Contact Centers in North America.  Although she isn’t bi-lingual (except for 4 years of German in college), she speaks many different contact center “languages” in the cloud world.

In her spare time, she volunteers for non-profits and is an active board of director’s member for multiple local organizations. Her son and husband keep her busy and summer weekends are spent on Lake Michigan at the family cottage.

Jen Steinbauer

Ajay Tikare

Ajay is the Industry Practice Lead for Managed Technology Services (MTS) covering both the FS&I and R&S Industries. As part of this role, he will be responsible for creating cohesion between these Industries and the MTS Practice Group. Ajay has been with Atos (formerly Atos|Syntel) for more than 11 Years, during which time he has successfully managed Delivery Units, Engagements and Client Relationships in the US and UK. He has 26+ years of experience in driving growth for Industry Practices and Sales Units, and executing Development and Deployment programs in the BFSI, Healthcare, eGov, Telecom and R&S domains. Ajay is an alumnus of Mumbai University and IIM Bangalore.

Kevin Byrd

Kevin has been with Baylor Scott & White for the last 6 years, serving as VP, Business Planning and now as SVP, IS Planning, Finance and Administration .   Kevin is the executive sponsor and responsible for the overall relationship between Baylor Scott & White and Atos.  In addition to managing the on-going partnership,  Kevin was instrumental in not only helping secure the deal with Atos, but led all the efforts in ensuring that the transition was completed on-time and successfully. 

Kevin has over 36 years of high-tech professional experience, including over 20 years experience in healthcare provide IT.  Prior to BSWH, he spent 2 years at GuideIT, a healthcare managed IT services company, as a Vice President and Partner. He also spent 10 years at Perot Systems/Dell leading managed IT services business development and operations for healthcare provider customers, as well as, leading Dell’s Education, State & Local Government managed services business unit.

During his tenure at Dell, he led the strategic planning, solution design and/or overall business development efforts for 18 IT managed services solutions representing $4B in contract value. Prior to Dell, he spent time as a product manager, consulting practice leader and vice president of marketing and professional services at various IT product companies. He also spent the first ten years of his career at IBM in a variety of product marketing, professional services and engineering positions.

Prior to that, as Head of Worldwide Distribution, Oguo led the transformation of Microsoft’s global distribution business, and was part of the core team that created CSP.

Elitsa Bakalova

Bozhidar Hristov

Bozhidar Hristov is a principal analyst within TBR’s Professional Services Practice. She’s a technology industry veteran, with business leadership and sales experience ranging from startups to the largest software companies in the world.

Prior to Google, Kirsten was senior vice president and general manager of North America Commercial Sales at Red Hat, and CEO of Yardarm Technologies, an IoT startup.

Earlier in her career, she spent more than 25 years at Microsoft, where she was corporate vice president of the company’s 10,000-employee worldwide Customer Support and Professional Services organization.

Kirsten lives in Florida and mentors various startups and entrepreneurs.
