Abstract Submission Dates
Abstracts will be accepted until 3:00 p.m. (CDT) on Wednesday, September 30, 2020. All abstracts received during this period will be treated equally, regardless of submission time.
Late Breaking Abstracts
Late Breaking Abstracts will be accepted until 3:00 p.m. (CDT), on Tuesday, December 15, 2020. All abstracts received during this period will be treated equally, regardless of submission time.
Abstract Format Details
Abstract title, authors (bold presenting author and list first) and author affiliations must be listed at the top of your abstract. See example at the bottom of this page.
- The total length of the abstract should not exceed 400 words.
- Abstract files must be uploaded as a word document and saved as PresentingAuthorLastName.PresentingAuthorFirstName. Only one presenting author may be specified per abstract.
- You may submit abstracts for others as well as yourself.
Abstracts submitted by Wednesday, September 30, 2020, will be notified of their acceptance or denial by November 24, 2020. If you have not received notification by November 24, 2020, please e-mail Nix Conference & Meeting Management at email@example.com.
Late Breaking Abstracts – Late Breaking submitters will be notified of their abstract acceptance or denial by December 22, 2020. If you have not received notification by December 22, 2020, please email Nix Conference & Meeting Management at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Please note that due to the growth in abstract submissions, we do not guarantee that all submitted abstracts will be selected for presentation.
Publication in Meeting Book & Online
If you do not wish to have your abstract published in the meeting book or online, you will have an opportunity to opt out.
